At Modulyv.in, every piece of furniture is designed with care and built to last. Since many of our products are customized to your preferences, we aim to make the returns and refund process simple and transparent.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customized products (size, fabric, color, or finish chosen by you) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or not following care instructions.
Normal wear and tear after delivery.
Clearance or discounted items marked as “final sale.”
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase with a full refund.
Once production or dispatch has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or net banking) within 7–10 business days.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You will be required to share account details.
Replacement or Repair
In cases of minor damages or defects, we may offer a free repair or replacement part instead of a full return.
If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Delivery Issues
If you receive the wrong product or a product damaged during transit, please report it within 48 hours. We will arrange pickup and issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
Return Logistics
If a return is approved, Modulyv will arrange for the product pickup. You will not be charged for return shipping in the case of damaged or defective products.
